HAVEN’T GOT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?
If you want to join a club or society that we don’t have, then why not start one up? All you need is 20 members for sports clubs and then speak to the sports co-ordinator in the Students’ Union and they will set up a meeting to discuss your proposal.
KUSU SPORTS CARD – THE BENEFITS
All members of the KUSU Sports Clubs are required to buy a KUSU Sports Card at £30, then a further £5 per club they wish to join. The £30 KUSU Sports Card is a contribution towards entry, match and session fees, insurance whilst carrying out your activity, facility hire of your venues, experience coaching, affiliation to your sports’ national governing body, equipment, subsidy towards trips and administration for your Sports Club to be facilitated.
KUSU SPORTS MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
Refund requests may only be granted within 28 days of the date of purchase. Requests should be put into writing and marked for the attention of the Sports Co-ordinator. Proof of payment must also be supplied.
HOW CAN I JOIN A SPORTS CLUB AFTER FRESHERS WEEKS?
You can join any sports club at anytime throughout the year, you can do this by picking up a sports membership form from the sports office in the Students’ Union or contacting the Sports Co-ordinator via email.
