KUSU is proud to be the first Students’ Union in the country to have our own Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) advisor, who is here to give you information, advice and support on a variety of welfare and other non-academic issues that may affect you during your time here, such as:
My Landlord has not returned my security deposit. How can I get this back?
I have been dismissed from my job. Is my employer allowed to do this?
I have not been classified as a 'Home' student. Why is this?
I am a single parent. What benefits can I claim over the summer break?
The CAB advisor is based in the Students' Union building, Penrhyn Road campus, and is available for appointments Tuesday to Thursday, 10am to 4pm.
