► How to Get Involved
How to Get Involved
We recognise that Kingston students are busy and one of the things that can put you off getting involved is the prospect of a lot of admin. At the same time, it is important that we can get the information we need to place you in opportunities your well suited to and will enjoy.
We have therefore put together an online application form that you can download from here. Once you've filled this out you can either send it to volunteering@kingston.ac.uk or print it and drop it into our offices.
Once you have done this one of our team will be in touch to arrange a meeting to discuss what kind of volunteering you would like to get involved in aswell as any further issues.
Alternatively, we run Group Registration meetings at busy times of the year. At these you can come along and discuss volunteering while filling in our registration forms.
To find out if one of these are coming up, email volunteering@kingston.ac.uk and if not we'll organise and one-to-one meeting.
Depending on the type of volunteering you're interested you can either get in touch with Alex (for schools and ongoing community opportunities) at a.britton@kingston.ac.uk or Martin (for running your own project or one-off volunteering) on m.crosby@kingston.ac.uk.
